- Schedule: Four-day work week; Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary:
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble hydraulic systems and components
- Ensure work is completed to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Troubleshoot, test, and verify proper function of hydraulic components
Key Responsibilities:
- Tear down and inspect hydraulic rod cylinders
- Measure dimensions and determine necessary repairs
- Gather parts and assemble/test cylinders
- Operate Microfinishing machine
- Remove/install hydraulic components from vehicles
- Perform consistent, precise measurements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Accurately document time, repairs, and parts used in the system
- Support other hydraulic shop areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Safely operate service vehicles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with computer use
- Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, lifting, pushing, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight areas
Experience & Knowledge:
- 2–3 years of hydraulic component repair and maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs continuously; up to 75 lbs frequently
- Work in dusty, misty, and odorous environments
- Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Occasionally climb or balance
- Continuous standing and walking in a shop setting
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak English
