Description
Join the maintenance team at a high-volume roofing and asphalt plant. Your core focus will be to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial production systems and equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues in real time
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Participate in equipment upgrades, safety initiatives, and process improvements
- Assist operators during line cleaning/changeovers to ensure minimal disruption
- Coordinate with external contractors on system installations and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with motors, VFDs, sensors, control panels, robotics, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.
- Must pass a background check and full-panel drug screening
- Strong communication, teamwork, and safety-minded attitude essential
