Compensation: $28–$31+/hour + Overtime
Additional Earnings: 10% commission + other income opportunities
First-Year Total Compensation: $80,000–$95,000+

Position Summary:
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing commercial, industrial, and medical heating and cooling systems. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment and provide innovative solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mechanical and control systems for performance improvements
- Diagnose and service commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, package units, and split systems
- Provide creative and financially sound solutions for clients
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance and respond to service calls
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical or electrical background required
- Military or commercial HVAC experience is a plus
- Must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and of high character
