Position Details
Location: Mendota, IL
Compensation:
• Starting at $17/hour (+ 1.25 shift differential for Nights)
• 8 hours of OT each pay period that pays out at Time and Half
• Sign on bonus $2,000, and paid at 90 and 180 days
• Paid Uniforms and $170 boot allowance
Schedule:
• 2,2,3 - 7 out of 14 days
• Days 4am-4pm or Nights 4pm-4am
• This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required; Company offers 12-hour shifts

Position Description
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspection of all products produced on the production line. You will partner closely with the Line Operator to meet production goals and also assist with start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changeovers. Responsibilities will include:
• Ensure quality by conducting final inspections and labeling all finished goods.
• Track quantity of units produced from the production line to ensure efficiency.
• Utilize standard operating procedures to package pipe to be delivered to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment that includes the consistent use of Personal Protection Equipment to ensure your safety.
• Ability to learn and stay current on pipe specifications and packaging requirements.

Position Requirements
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in fluctuating temperatures.
• Position requires full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to stand and be mobile throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.
• Occasionally lift items up to 75 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years old.
