Position Details:
• Title: Warranty Customer Service Rep
• Location: Denver, CO
• Schedule: This is generally a standard Mon-Fri dayshift schedule, with occasional need to check site work, etc on weekends as required.
• Compensation: Target base salary ~$63K - $73K
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual incentive bonus ~20% to 25%; $500/mo vehicle allowance, laptop, cell phone allowance, etc. Realistic 1st year W-2 ~$80K to $90K.

Position Description In this role, you will handle warranty calls made by the home owners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it's eligible under warranty and work with customers and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly. WSR's are responsible for warranty resolution in multiple communities to which they are assigned and work primarily from their vehicle and in or around customers' homes. Some other specific responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customers
• Follow up, inspect and ensure accurate completion of all repairs
• Hold contractors accountable for results
• Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes as well as communicating what items are not warrantable
• Manage a set budget
• Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes
• Say "no" when necessary and overcome objections in a professional manner
• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform minor repairs as needed
This position requires someone who is a self-starter, able to work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude and good social / interpersonal skills; you must be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativity; and be a team player that will be able to work closely with Customers, Builders, and Subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
