Position: Global IT Infrastructure Lead

The Global IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for collaborating with vendors, service providers and internal functions to design, implement and maintain information technology infrastructure that adequately supports the company operations and business needs.

This critical role has the important responsibility of analyzing the IT Infrastructure requirements and ensures that new solutions will be effectively integrated with current environment. As well as, manages infrastructure projects to meet the internal client’s needs, develop standards and procedures ensuring those are followed from design through implementation, and is responsible for capacity planning to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance and availability of resources are available.


Lead/Manage Information technology initiatives, including project management and resources coordination.
Evaluates the applicability of leading-edge technologies and uses this information to significantly influence future IT and/or business strategy.
Manage Infrastructure service providers to avoid any unplanned increases in managed service and support costs.
Responsible for providing day-to-day global coordination within infrastructure function as well as local support of users.
Employ best practices for managing Infrastructure network and server administration.
Revise network and server architecture to support growth and ensure service reliability.
Infrastructure network design review and hands-on system administration.
Periodic patching and Anti-virus updates for internal and cloud systems.
Backup/recovery schedule and annual disaster recovery plans and exercises.
Responsible for providing day-to-day global coordination within infrastructure function as well as local support of users.
Monitor and Improve security capabilities through best practices and appropriate access controls.
Leads and directs the work of others, including internal IT infrastructure resources, vendors and service providers.
Partners with IT and business leaders to understand business challenges and find appropriate alternative technical solutions which may not have been applied previously.
Addresses complex troubleshooting and design problems within IT infrastructure.
