Position Details:
Location: Skokie, IL (a very nice suburb about 30-minutes NW of downtown Chicago)
Pay: $65K-$71.5K annually, depending on experience.

Position Description: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the analysis and activity related to maintaining supply for production. In this role you will work directly with customers during projects and support overall Project management across multiple customers and product lines. The Supply Chain Analyst is involved in planning, logistics and materials management supporting the entire site, and develops and implements improvements across supply chain and the site. Key responsibilities include:
• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Oversee inventory procedures
• Track KPI’s and report on supply chain performance
• Review inventories and order as required
• Collate purchase orders and requisitions to order materials
• Interact with suppliers
• Review deliveries against orders
• Track status of any orders
• Deal with missing, missed orders, over orders and damaged goods
• Monitor and dispose of expired material
• Yearly Inventory count
• Customer support for individual projects
• Managing customer shipments
• Maintain SOP compliance
• Create material numbers and maintain the SAP ERP system material information such as pricing and sourcing

Requirements & Keys to Success: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years work experience in planning, purchasing, or materials management along with experience working in project teams &/or project assistance. Candidates must have knowledge of ERP software or similar supply chain systems experience in the military with knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Because of the industry and FDA requirements, all candidates hired must be fully vaccinated or have a medical or religious exemption and pass a 5-panel drug test for employment to start work. Candidates must be communicative, able to work in a team, flexible, able to prioritize, resilient, reliable, customer-focused, work across multiple internal & external organizations, multi-task on/across several projects, goal-oriented and focused work, ability to work under pressure and deadlines, and have upmost integrity and personal commitment to success. The hiring manager for this role is a military veteran.
