Job Description

Position Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help define the population telehealth experience with our technology platform. This includes custom development for payers, major health systems, providers and employers.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will:
• Design, build and maintain the test automation used to validate our platform.
• Develop formal test plans for manual testing in a regulated industry.
• Help define QA best practices and providing technical mentorship to other members of the engineering team.

• Prior healthcare IT experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience in software development.
• 2+ years of automated testing experience using Selenium or related tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and object-oriented programming (.NET Core preferred)
• Strong background in computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, data structures & algorithms, behavioral programming, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building and maintaining test automation for complex systems in a regulated industry.
• Data integration/ETL testing experience.
• Load/scalability/stress testing experience using tools such as JMeter.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build/deploy processes (CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience in communicating with end users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Healthcare IT experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
