Position Title: CNC Operator
Location: Carson City, NV
Shifts Available: Second and Third Shifts
Pay Range:
• Entry-level: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Skilled operators: up to $27.00 per hour
Shift Differentials:
• Monday – Friday: +$2.00/hr
• Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday: +$3.00/hr
• Thursday – Monday: +$4.00/hr

Position Overview
The company is hiring CNC Operators to join their high-performing team in Carson City. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts supporting critical aerospace, energy, and defense operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC machines under supervisor guidance
• Load programs and perform basic edits as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Replace cutting tools, adjust feeds and speeds, and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping standards
• Complete inspection documentation and follow company procedures

Qualifications
• Verifiable CNC operating experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required for FAA compliance)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must provide proof of US person status (US passport, birth certificate, or green card)
