Program Overview
The company is seeking transitioning or recently separated Junior Military Officers (JMOs) for our 9-month Leadership Development Program (LDP) at our Mountain Top, PA facility. This immersive program is designed to cultivate future leaders within our manufacturing operations. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in a full-time leadership role at the same location.

Candidate Requirements
• Military Background: Transitioning or recently separated JMO
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership in high-tempo environments
• Mindset: Strong leadership orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Technical Background: Engineering or manufacturing experience preferred
