What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
Lead night shift maintenance operations (5PM–5AM, 2-2-3 schedule)
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues
Drive PM completion and reduce downtime
Delegate tasks, coach techs, and improve safety & efficiency
What You’ll Need:
? 5+ years in industrial maintenance
? 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
? Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
? Knowledge of PM/predictive maintenance systems
? High school diploma or equivalent (tech training a plus)
