Position: Technical Support Specialist Level 2

Position Details:
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid On Site/Remote – 3 days on site, 2 remote. May be 5 days on site first 30-60 days)
Pay: Target 70k, MAX 75k

Requirements:

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Funding Corporation’s Windows desktop/mobile devices. Experience with Windows/Linux server a plus.

Deploy devices/applications/updates via automation tools such as WSUS, SCCM, and/or MDM (Airwatch).
Installation/configuration of peripherals: printers, web cams, headsets, etc.
Support users in a Citrix environment.
Diagnosing basic hardware and software problems.
Create/Use batch files/powershell scripts to automate/reduce manual tasks.
Work with Windows domain controllers, account administration, print servers.
Work with application developers to ensure programs comply with the current systems environment. Make appropriate changes to system requirements and configurations to accommodate new applications.
Maintain third party vendor software packages.
Ensure systems efficiency and integrity.
Provide on-premise and remote support for our users.
