Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $130K - $150K annually + ~10% annual bonus (based on company and individual performance)

Position Description | Senior Construction Manager
The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for directing construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedule, and organizational financial objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Essential tasks and duties include:
• Direct construction project management planning and execution processes to ensure projects meet design requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Oversee the development of project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Establish standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle to provide overall strategic governance for projects.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports to ensure projects remain on track.
• Manage strategic client relationships and establish a clear line of communication.
• Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
• Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
• Implement lessons learned from completed projects to enhance future project performance.
• Coordinates across departments and tracks projects using Asana to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field as well as 10 years of experience in construction project management with at least 5 years in a senior management role. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion and a strong understanding of construction processes, operations, and industry standards.
The company is expanding their facility and the person in this role will directly manage hiring contractors, negotiations, dealing with architects, handle budgeting and managing a team of different people making sure things get done correctly and on time.
