Compensation: $60k to $70K DEOQ

Position Description:
The company is seeking a Spare Parts Technical Specialist to support spare parts operations by preparing quotations, processing orders, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory levels. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely spare parts delivery, proactive engagement, and data-driven parts management. The position offers a progressive track through three qualification levels, each adding responsibilities and technical depth.
Requirements:
Qualification Level I:
• Prepare quotations for spare parts based on customer requests
• Prioritize and initiate dispatch of spare parts orders
• Engage proactively with customers to increase satisfaction and identify sales opportunities
• Identify stock materials and define safety stock levels based on sales forecasts
• Promote contracts for spare parts packages
• Regularly check availability of limited-stock spare parts and coordinate with internal departments
Required Skills:
• Interest in technical problem-solving
• High energy, self-motivation, and initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• Familiarity with SAP material management and sales modules
