- Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (may flex to 6:00 am to 6:00 pm during busy periods)
- Compensation: $25 – $35/hr

Position Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting a wide range of maintenance functions to ensure smooth and safe plant operations. This hands-on role requires a self-motivated team player with at least 2+ years of electro-mechanical experience, who can work with minimal supervision. You will be expected to proactively maintain plant systems and troubleshoot issues involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate all plant maintenance tools
- Follow and support the plant’s preventive maintenance program
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members regarding maintenance and process variables
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, including electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform basic welding and cutting operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and prints
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends when necessary
Requirements:
- 2+ years of electro-mechanical experience in a maintenance or technician role
- Knowledge of hydraulic control systems
- Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
- Basic welding/cutting knowledge
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently while being team-oriented
