Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Burlington, NJ (just outside Philadelphia)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3 PM + emergency callouts
Compensation: $85K–$100K depending on experience

What You’ll Own:
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
Preventive Maintenance: Drive proactive maintenance scheduling to prevent costly downtime.
Operational Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with production to ensure seamless uptime.
Equipment Reliability: Oversee inspections, repairs, and vendor coordination on high-tech machinery.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of maintenance leadership in a manufacturing setting
Solid experience with CMMS systems
Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting
