Locations: Kingston, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Plainville, CT; Ledgewood, NJ
Shift: Monday–Friday (Approx. 50 hrs./week; flexible based on project/client needs)
Compensation: $90K–$110K+ DOE

Position Description:
Advanced Management Candidates will be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. Assignments during this program will involve leading a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives. You will participate in hiring, developing, training, and motivating the team; visiting customers to maintain service levels; troubleshooting issues and upselling our products; coaching, evaluating, and providing performance feedback to the partners. You will also learn how to manage the Service Center as a whole, managing the sales, office and production aspects of the office and overseeing the service department. Over a 6–12-month training period you will be mentored and developed to take on a General Manager role.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years of leadership experience
• Current Driver’s License
• Must be willing to relocate within the Northeast region upon completion of program (~12-24 months)
