Position Description:
The Field Support Engineer provides in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. This role requires regional travel to deliver world-class service and technical expertise to pharmacies in multiple environments.
The Field Support Engineer provides in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. This role requires regional travel to deliver world-class service and technical expertise to pharmacies in multiple environments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service and problem resolution at new and existing client sites
- Build positive customer relationships by addressing complaints/inquiries professionally
- Train customers on operation and daily maintenance of automation products
- Respond to break/fix service requests within SLA requirements
- Collaborate with service team members regionally and nationally to resolve complex issues
- Occasionally assist with installation of new automation systems
- Document issues and resolution actions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Participate in periodic travel outside of the region, overnight stays, weekend/holiday coverage, and occasional overtime
Requirements:
- Strong technical skillset (electronics, electrical, mechanical) – prior Military experience highly valued
- Mechanically inclined with familiarity in tools such as multi-meters
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years)
