Location: Williamsburg, VA (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $88K–$125K

Position Description:
Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain the Warehouse Manager will work in partnership with their peers across the company to ensure Best-in-Class performance on behalf of the company and our customers. The role will be responsible to effectively manage and operate all warehouse activities. Relationship building skills are essential, along with communication and influencing skills to negotiate and work with both internal staff members, external management, and stakeholders. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement Programs throughout the business and will have knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and third party logistics management processes.

Experience / Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred with a minimum five years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and third party logistics management practices including a background in distribution and operations management
• Strong IT, organization and analytical skills.
• APICS/IIPMM/Logistics qualification-Desired with good knowledge of ERP/WMS
• Good Understanding of Manual Handling Equipment from a Usage, Operation, Maintenance and selection
• A creative, proactive individual with the ability to make good judgements and think and act quickly
• Proficiency in all MS Office packages
• Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
• Able to plan and manage workload and reprioritise as required.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and adept at identifying and solving issues.
• Strong knowledge in ERP (SAP Business-by-Design) and procurement processes.
• Possess a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Proficient in MS suite of programs (advanced Excel capability would be an advantage).
• Capability of building strong, reliable working relationships with colleagues.
