• Location: Middletown, PA

• Compensation: $147-164k Base Salary, plus annual bonus

Position Description:
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applies Radiation Protection programs. Directly manages the Radiation Protection first line Supervisors and Radiation Protection Technician activities in their daily support of plant operations and maintenance activities. Responsible for Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding radiation protection activities, and overseeing team in doing so. Accountable for ensuring that department activities, priorities, and resources ae being managed effectively to meet the needs of Operations and Maintenance. Responsible for setting policies and plans to achieve a state of “As Low As Reasonably Achievable” for all exposure related to radiation operations.
Requirements:
• Navy Nuke Background with commercial nuclear experience (~5 years) is the ideal fit
• Degree in relevant field (Nuclear Engineering, Health Physica, EHS, etc.)
• Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Must be technically knowledgeable of plant operations and systems
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
• Will complete supervisory/management training and development programs upon hire
