?? What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the hands-on expert delivering critical support to our powerplant installations. Your role includes:
Troubleshooting and repairing fuel cells at customer sites
Assisting with commissioning of new installations
Diagnosing and servicing ancillary systems and electrical components
Interpreting schematics and using remote monitoring tools
Completing service reports and maintaining product histories
Supporting occasional domestic and international travel

Salary: $75K–$85K based on experience
Bonus: Annual merit review & performance bonus (target 10%, up to 20%)
Schedule: Mostly Mon–Fri days; rotating on-call weekends & holidays
Travel: ~30%, including occasional trips to Dallas or North Dakota (expenses paid)
Home Dispatch: Company vehicle provided
