Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $87K to $112K

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR EHS Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within the manufacturing facility. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and health & safety initiatives. The role ensures that HR strategies align with operational goals and foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead EHS efforts and teams to promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives. Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes, support managers in setting goals, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, safety awareness, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Track and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training hours. Use data to inform decision-making.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Experience / Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
