Jackie Deace grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts, and received her BA in International Relations from Boston University. She then pursued her MBA in 2002 with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.

After working in the fashion industry for several years in New York City, Jackie moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, and joined Creative Financial Staffing, an affiliate of the 8th largest CPA firm, Crowe Horwath, where she spent 12 years managing an Accounting/Finance staffing practice. In 2017, she joined Right Management as Director of Business Development focused on Talent Management and Career Transition Services.

Jackie lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with her 7-year-old daughter.
