Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Execution

Qualifications

· Deep experience in channel-led sales models, preferably in data storage, backup, or infrastructure hardware.
· Strong expertise in enterprise sales process and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger, or similar).
· Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed $10M+ annual revenue targets.
· Experience recruiting, hiring, and scaling territory sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

NC Lathe and Mill Operator 
Reports To: Machine Shop Manager

Required Education and Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Desired Education and Experience: Associate’s degree or vocational training in machining, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of CNC machining experience with both lathe and mill operations. Strong background in precision measurement and quality control processes. Prior experience with CNC troubleshooting and process improvement preferred.
Position Summary/Objective
  • Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision castings according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure parts are produced to exact specifications. The operator will work with both CNC lathes and mills, ensuring efficient production, accurate measurements, and adherence to company and industry standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in marine/power systems or industrial automation
  • Deep knowledge of automation control systems (Woodward, GAP, Function Block, PLCs, HMIs, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience commissioning control systems in global environments under dynamic conditions
  • Technical fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • A methodical, disciplined mindset that thrives on digging into the details and delivering results
  • High mental stamina and the ability to push projects forward in the face of constant demands, complexity, and change

Join MSHS Pacific Power Group as a Principal Controls Engineer, where you’ll lead cutting-edge engineering efforts, solve complex challenges, and directly support mission-critical power systems—especially in steam turbine control environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, integration, and commissioning of advanced control systems for steam turbines, engines, generators, and switchgear 
  • Drive hands-on development and programming of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems 
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems across marine and land-based installations 
  • Own technical documentation including control narratives, test procedures, and wiring diagrams 
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers and cross-functional teams 
  • Travel up to 25% for on-site support, commissioning, and client-facing work
     

Required Skills & Experience


  • 10+ years of control systems engineering experience, with a heavy focus on steam turbine control systems 
  • OR 15+ years of hands-on experience in power generation, industrial automation, or related turbine systems 
  • Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and programming PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems 
  • Deep understanding of steam turbine types (condensing, admission, single/double extraction) 
  • Proven experience analyzing and interpreting complex wiring diagrams and control schematics 
  • US Driver’s License and valid Passport (for domestic and international travel)
     

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering 
  • Prior experience working on marine vessels, powerplants, or energy sector projects
