We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Inside Sales to lead and develop our regional sales leadership team, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across the U.S. and Canada. This second-line leadership role is responsible for managing and coaching a team of inside sales managers, who in turn lead high-performing inside sales representatives. The Director will play a critical role in scaling our sales organization, growing our partner ecosystem, and delivering against ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead and scale the North American Inside Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Team Management and Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent; set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and execute regional go-to-market plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work Cross-functionally with the Channel Sales Organization and Marketing Organization to launch and execute campaigns and sales plays
• Forecasting & Reporting: Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting using CRM and sales enablement tools.

Reporting Relationship and Accountability

This position reports to Vice President of Americas Sales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B technology, with 3 years in second-line leadership, and at least 5 years in IT channel (Preferably in storage, data protection, or infrastructure hardware)
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed $15M+ annual revenue targets.
• Formalized experience in coaching teams using one or more sales methodologies (The Challenger Sale, New Solution Sales, The Art of Negotiation, etc)
• Deep understanding of channel and partner-led sales models.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation platforms (Revenuegrid, Zoominfo, Conversation Intelligence)
• Willingness to travel as needed (25-50%).

Preferred Qualifications:

Summary

A Senior Field Service Technician (SrFST) is responsible for installation, commissioning, scheduled and emergency service on products serviced by Fairbanks Morse Defense commensurate with appropriate certification. Products may include, but are not limited to, diesel engines, electrical controls, roll-up doors, cranes, elevators and davits. The SrFST is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. The SrFST is also required to maintain continuous communication with Region Offices, and direct manager.

Essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Inspecting, repairing, installing, modifying, and maintaining electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.
• Setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment while adhering to pre-established guidelines and engineering specifications.

• Complete 12–14 weeks of ASME/National Board training and certification, including 120 hours of on-the-job training alongside an experienced Inspector.
• Perform inspections of new construction, repairs, alterations, and jurisdictional compliance of boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Sections III) and National Board Code, as well as applicable client standards.

• High school diploma with equivalent military experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience with boiler and/or high-pressure steam and water system maintenance/operation.
• 4+ years of mechanical experience with boilers and pressure vessels in nuclear or conventional power plants.
