Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Facility Project Engineer leads projects from concept through scoping, engineering, budgeting, procurement, execution, and commissioning, coordinating internal teams and outside contractors to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role applies engineering, reliability, and cost-benefit analysis to identify, justify, and prioritize the projects — including emissions and carbon-reduction initiatives — that deliver the greatest value to the site.
