Learning From The Best
"I am a career military officer with a lot of experience leading and managing. Yet, I wanted to learn outside traditional military education programs in order to advance. The Jack Welch Management Institute gave me the opportunity to learn organizational dynamics from Jack Welch - one of the business world's legends. The program provides the right combination of learning flexibility needed by working adults and class structure required to succeed. Part of my learning included the discovery of many parallels between business and the military." - George Degnon, Brigadier General, Commander, 113th Wing, District of Columbia Air National Guard
