This role is responsible for maintaining product quality standards and verifying that CNC-machined components meet engineering specifications. Working independently when day-shift leadership is off-site, the Floor Inspector will perform dimensional and visual inspections, investigate discrepancies, document nonconforming material, and communicate quality trends to production and quality leadership.

The primary purpose of the Field Engineer is to train employees on how to build projects in the field and to aid the Superintendent in Field Management. The Field Engineer is responsible for most of the layout of the project as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities.
