Position Description: Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support its high-performance manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery, pumps, valves, pipe systems, and physical infrastructure. This is a night shift role on a rotating 2-3-2 schedule, ideal for a technician with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS):
• Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives
• Conduct safety behavior observations and intervene in unsafe conditions
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Adhere to site standards, including industrial hygiene, environmental, and security/CTPAT protocols
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation in systems like CPAR, QSA, etc.

Maintenance Operations:
• Execute scheduled and emergency mechanical work orders
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, pipe fitting, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Dismantle defective machinery and fabricate or install replacement parts
• Operate machine tools such as grinders, drills, and saws
• Perform facility repairs and physical structure maintenance
• Clean, lubricate, and test moving components for proper function
• Record time, parts, and maintenance work performed
• Use SAP and internal systems (log sheets, VDBs) for data entry and reporting
• Identify and suggest improvements to increase equipment reliability and safety

Requirements:
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required (no degree necessary)
• Experience:
• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with pipe systems, pumps, valves, and rotating equipment
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance, fabrication, and repair work
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other CMMS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)

Position Description: As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring process and product conformity to the IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality standard within the Lithium Hydroxide production unit. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and Quality teams to align with defined site quality objectives and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will require deep engagement with statistical process controls, customer complaint investigations, audit functions, and corrective/preventive action execution. You will also contribute to maintaining compliance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, FDA, and ICH standards.


Key Responsibilities:
• Drive quality initiatives using statistical tools to improve process effectiveness and ensure compliance

• Location: Ghent, KY
• Travel: None
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shift schedule. (Modified Dupont Schedule // during this schedule you will work 7 day shifts and 7 night shifts with 7 off days out of the first 21 days of the 28-day cycle, followed by 7 days off in a row, before the 28-day cycle starts again). This shift is popular with the company employees because you will get a week off every month, and it allows you to plan your vacation days to give yourself 2 weeks of vacation with only having to use up 3-5 of your vacation days! Company offers 1 week of PTO after 6 months and 3 weeks of PTO your first calendar year (starting January 1).

Compensation: You can realistically expect your 1st year total compensation to be $108k – 113.6k

Position Description:
• Crane Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining the facility’s Overhead cranes.
• Duties include but are not limited to inspection, calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical Crane equipment.
• You will work as part of a team to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
• Responsibilities include print reading, control circuits, AC/DC theory electrical and mechanical maintenance as it relates to the equipment.
• Will also work with and adhere to safe electrical practices.
• Teammates will use computerized maintenance management program/system to complete work orders, find and order parts, and to schedule maintenance work for shift.

Requirements:
From a technical perspective, you must be able to demonstrate good electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair skills. You must have a demonstrated history of safe work practices and the ability to work with minimal direction. Be prepared to demonstrate the ability to interpret drawings for repair, installation and maintenance of complex electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment. Experience with AC and DC drives (ABB Drives experience is a plus), PLCs (experience with Siemens PLCs is a plus), and computers is expected. Required mechanical skills/experience include gearboxes and industrial structural assembly (i.e crane structures and assemblies). At a minimum for electrical skills/experiences, candidates must have a strong background with motor controllers, variable frequency drives, radio controls, and voltages up to 480V.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge/experience: electrical theory, digital/analog electronics, schematics, print reading, control circuits, computers/PLC programming, test instruments, power supplies, power distribution, AC/DC drives/motors, CMMS systems, 480V systems, high voltage, NFPA70E.
• Knowledge specific to industrial overhead crane maintenance including but not limited to; codes and specifications, PLCs, drive programming, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, NDT, crane inspections, and production practices.
• Crane maintenance experience – both electrical and mechanical

In this role you will support company with machine repair, maintenance and trouble shooting. Assist the safety team in the design, development and/or installation of machine guards and safety devices. Advising Production Supervisor in machine purchasing and installation. Specific responsibilities include:
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and optimum functioning equipment, systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment to maintain workplace safety and production efficiency.

Shift: The plant runs 12-hour days and 12-hour night schedule Monday – Saturday, off Sunday. You will work days for 3-months then nights for 3-months on rotation. When fully staffed the plant will shift to a 5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am shift schedule.

Position Description:

Electrical Maintenance Technician – as an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair to facility and production equipment within different areas of the mill. You will be part of the United States Steel Workers Union workforce that has a tremendous relationship with management throughout the mill. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting and repair skills, and should have experience with the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within industrial equipment, facilities, automated systems, and other mechanical/engineering systems. Titles: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Shift: The plant runs 12-hour days and 12-hour night schedule Monday – Saturday, off Sunday. You will work days for 3-months then nights for 3-months on rotation. When fully staffed the plant will shift to a 5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am shift schedule.

Compensation: 25.94/hr or 32.88/hr depending on your score of the Ramsey Assessment. Your total pay includes your base hourly rate + OT paid out after 8-hours worked daily + shift differential + quarterly + annual target bonuses with multipliers (typically half paid out quarterly, the balance paid annually) Your expected W2 in a year can range from $114k-145k.

Maintenance Technician – as an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair to facility and production equipment within different areas of the mill. You will be part of the United States Steel Workers Union workforce that has a tremendous relationship with management throughout the mill. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting and repair skills, and should have experience with the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within industrial equipment, facilities, automated systems, and other mechanical/engineering systems.
