Description

What You'll Do

Lead daily fabrication operations including sheet management, fiber lasers, CNC turret punches, press brakes, and shearing equipment.

• Assign work, balance labor, and coordinate production flow to meet manufacturing schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Perform advanced machine setups, tooling selection, program validation, troubleshooting, and production recovery as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Support programming edits, nesting validation, tooling optimization, and process improvements to maximize machine utilization and throughput.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues affecting quality, safety, or production while partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to implement corrective actions.
• Verify completed parts meet engineering specifications while maintaining production documentation, work orders, and WIP tracking.
• Coach and develop fabrication team members while promoting a strong safety culture, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education)

5+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience in a production manufacturing environment.

• Previous leadership experience as a Leadman, Team Lead, Cell Lead, Production Lead, or Supervisor.
• Strong hands-on experience operating CNC turret punches, fiber lasers, press brakes, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and fabrication documentation.

Description

• Perform functional testing, startup, and performance validation of custom HVAC equipment, including air handling, direct-fired, indirect-fired, mixed-air, and evaporative cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, airflow, hydronic, and gas-fired system issues using a systematic approach to identify root causes.
• Verify operation of motors, VFDs, sensors, actuators, relays, burners, safety devices, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, piping diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Utilize multimeters, electrical test equipment, and calibrated instruments to validate equipment performance and identify deficiencies.
• Perform vibration analysis and balancing of blower wheels, fan assemblies, and rotating equipment to optimize system performance.
• Complete test documentation, inspection records, startup reports, and quality paperwork while supporting root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to resolve product issues and improve equipment reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.

Description

• Test, inspect, adjust, and repair mechanical building systems
• Align, service, and replace hot water heating, chilled water, and condenser water pumps
• Inspect, service, and operate water heating and low-pressure steam systems
• Repair and replace steam, hot water, and chiller system components
• Perform daily operation and maintenance of chilled water generating equipment (non-refrigerant side)
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and operate cooling towers
• Repair and replace air handler components, dampers, coils, fans, and generator engines
• Inspect, test, clean, lubricate, and monitor fire pumps and related equipment
• Shut down, start up, repair, and install irrigation systems
• Reset and program building master clocks and lighting panels
• Flush and winterize heating and cooling coils
• Notify supervision of equipment, supply, and facility repair needs
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow established operating procedures
