Title: Maintenance Technician – Mechanical
Location: Albany, NY (Delmar/Feura Bush)
Travel: None
Shift: : Initially regular days 7am – 3pm then 3-on, 3-off, 12-hour schedule rotating days & nights
Compensation: $38.05/hr. training rate; $39.21/hr. certified rate + O/T after 40 hours weekly (there is automatic O/T built into the shift structure weekly!) + up to 10% quarterly variable incentive plan bonus based on performance metrics + pay skill increases based on certification/experience + holiday incentive pay + yearly raises + $7K sign-on relocation available. $85K-$100K+ 1st year!

Position Description: Maintenance Technicians primarily troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install all equipment and systems in the plant to insure smooth operation, production, & safe working conditions. Key duties include:
• Troubleshooting & solving production and facility equipment problems during day-to-day operations.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment & systems to prevent downtime/deterioration.
• Work assignments on projects for continued growth, expansion, & safety of the plant and work areas.
• Work with outside contractors to perform installation or service of equipment within the facility.
• Assisting operators to minimize downtime and complete scheduled equipment cleaning/changeovers.

Requirements: HS Diploma. Candidates must be maintenance professionals with 2+ years industrial systems experience troubleshooting & repairing industrial systems. Strong systems-level electrical, electronics, or mechanical experience. Multi-craft technicians are preferred. Electrically you will be fixing motors, starters, variable-frequency drives, sensors, interfaces, input/output controls, and some robotics on production line equipment and systems. Mechanically you will be fixing conveyors, motors, belts, chains, sprockets, rollers, bearings, gear boxes and mechanical systems connected to some basic electrical systems on production line equipment and systems. Candidates must have excellent troubleshooting & be able to read schematics, blueprints, drawings for maintenance/troubleshooting/repair. Candidates should have ability to share skills to help others develop, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing a high level of detail, pride, and safety towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs. Candidates must pass background and full-panel drug test prior to employment.

Position Description:
Industrial Electricians are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining all electrical systems throughout the plant. This role supports both daily operations and long-term improvement projects to ensure plant reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Key duties include:
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant electrical and control systems.
• Working on systems from 120V to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Performing preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Designing and modifying control systems and circuits to improve performance.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Support installations of new equipment and assisting contractors when needed.
• Completing maintenance reports and documenting work via a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of single and 3-phase systems, motors, VFDs, and input/output controls is essential. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming, especially with Rockwell and Allen Bradley systems, is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documents, troubleshoot electrical systems, and maintain a high standard of safety, attention to detail, and collaboration. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team-driven environment are essential. All candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check prior to employment.

The company is seeking a Quality Inspector to manage the final step in the manufacturing process. The Quality Inspector will ensure that both the quality of the components used and the final product shipped meet or exceed company’s internal specifications and the customer’s requirements. Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform final inspection of electrical, mechanical, and functional capabilities of our equipment prior to shipment
• Run equipment for the intent of fine tuning and finalizing machine prior to shipment
• Accurately complete inspection forms
• Interact with production and engineering as necessary to report and/or troubleshoot outstanding issues
• Keep inspection procedures and documents up to date to reflect any changes in product or processes
• Complete inspection of components as needed to determine a conformance/non-conformance status
• Perform calibration of tooling as needed
• Work with electrical engineering to review programs

Skills/Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
• Experience inspecting capital equipment strongly preferred
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• Proficiency using standard measurement tools – calipers, micrometers etc.
• Knowledge and experience of basic electrical test instruments
• Programming knowledge and debugging abilities is helpful

Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician that will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on building systems and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components, to ensure the proper functioning and safety of a facility, often responding to emergency repairs as needed; their duties may include troubleshooting issues, replacing parts, and coordinating with outside contractors when necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze, trouble-shoot, and repair mechanical problems of plant machinery.
Perform maintenance function and troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PM’s
Work within specifications and drawings, responsible for ensuring completion, minimizing waste within set dates and times
Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world class results; ensure all equipment is running properly and meets operational requirement.
Work with maintenance crew to carry out maintenance and repair projects in mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, welding functions.
Other corrective and preventive maintenance duties to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Position Description: As an Electrical and Controls Technician you will work as a technical leader in support of manufacturing goals, and be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs of electrical problems on complex packaging equipment.
