Travel: 100% field-based role, with time split approximately 50/50 between supporting the North Carolina customer site and traveling to support other customers regionally, domestically, and internationally.

Position Description:

Apply advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex semiconductor wet processing equipment issues. Performs system integration, startup, commissioning, and qualification of sophisticated automated wet bench systems. Provides expert technical consultation to customers and exercises independent judgment in developing solutions to non-routine technical challenges.

Interpret technical specifications, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings to diagnose non-routine problems

Lead startup and qualification of complex automated wet bench systems worth 500K-5M+
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic and advanced control algorithms
Validate system performance against SEMI standards and customer specifications
Make critical decisions regarding system configurations and process parameters
Serve as primary technical consultant to customers on equipment operation and optimization
Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs assessment
