Technical Sales - Technical Sales roles are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and demonstrating how to use new products and/or services. They provide pre-sales and post-sales support, negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, and review cost and sales performance.

Test Technician - Test Technicians conduct tests on products and equipment. They then record data from those tests and give that data to the product and engineering teams.

Electrician - Electricians install and repair electrical wiring in an aircraft, including cutting and stripping wire and insulating electrical connections. They also service the electrical components. In addition, Electricians run tests on equipment to locate issues and install needed replacement parts.

POSITION SUMMARY:? 

The Machine Shop Supervisor will supervise the daily activities associated with the manufacturing machining department. This includes supervision and training of hourly workforce to meet required quality, budget and production standards in the department/shift to which the Foreman is assigned. This position is concerned with the planning, coordination and direction of the manufacturing activities or quality assurance activities, in the manufacture of shippable product and tooling in order to assure compliance with contractual requirements and Company objectives

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
  • High school or trade school diploma

  • Verifiable supervisory experience leading teams in a machining environment. 
  • Excellent computer skills are required.

  • Must be able to read blueprints and have GD&T capabilities.

Position Summary/Objective

Essential Duties of the Quality Engineer:

  • Review proposal work scope, drawings, and contract requirements for manufacturability. Review technical contract package for proper incorporation of technical requirements.
  • Develop and evaluate alternate methods and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement planned controls of in-process quality. Conduct evaluations of quality capabilities of operations, processes, and measuring equipment through process or machine capability studies and evaluate results.
  • Identify causes of chronic manufacturing problems through statistical analysis providing corrective action improvement recommendations.
  • Implement routine statistical methodology for in-process control and product acceptance.
  • Implement the contract quality requirements through the incorporation of pass down requirements in purchase orders.
  • Conduct sub-tier supplier quality system audits at the supplier's location.
  • Manage and implement company's internal audit program.
  • Analyze audit data and advise appropriate personnel when their performance departs from standards. Follow-up to ensure that effective corrective action has been taken.
  • Evaluate and provide disposition of customer trouble records.
  • Assist in the resolution of inspection problems related to process planning instructions.
  • Assist with the timely disposition of material certifications and/or certificates of compliance.

Solder Assembler - (2nd Shift 2:30pm-12:00am) - Phoenix AZ

Mercury Systems is looking for a top performer to help complete a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity, daily hours will be from 2:30pm to 12:00am and overtime is available and encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly, per documented work instructions.
  • Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
  • Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.
  • Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts. Using hand and/or power tools and jigs.
  • Modifying, soldering, reworking, repairing assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.

Must Have:

  • Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Typically 3-5+ years of electronics assembly and inspection experience with in-process soldering (both through hole and surface mount).
  • Must be able to work for extended hours utilizing a microscope to perform inspection and solder touch-ups.
  • Hand soldering experience is required. Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Good to Have:

  • Rework/repair, wire attach, and mechanical assembly.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask. IPC-610, J-STD-001 and 7711/7721 certification preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.
  • 10 plus years related experience is preferred.

Granite State Manufacturing (GSM) is seeking two motivated professionals to join our leadership team on the first shift; one to lead our Lathe Cell and one to lead our Milling Cell.

These roles are ideal for experienced CNC Machinists or Leads ready to step into a supervisory position. You'll lead teams producing precision, large-scale components for the U.S. Navy submarine program and other mission-critical defense applications.

About the Opportunity:

As a Lathe or Mill Supervisor, you'll oversee daily machining operations in your assigned cell, coordinating workflow, mentoring machinists, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You'll partner with Planning to dispatch work in accordance with the schedule and drive throughput across a diverse mix of manual and CNC platforms, including Doosan VTLs, Doosan HBMs (DBC series), Doosan 5-Axis (DVF series), and Mazak and Mori verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations in the assigned Lathe or Mill machining cell.
  • Partner with Planning to schedule and release jobs IAW production plans.
  • Review, verify, and approve weekly payroll for assigned team members.
  • Provide technical guidance on setups, tooling, and process optimization for large and precision components.
  • Verify first-piece quality and ensure all work meets AS9100, NAVSEA, and customer contract requirements
  • Develop machinists through mentoring, cross-training, and skill certification.
  • Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control to resolve technical and scheduling challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience — Lathe or Mill specialization required.
  • Proven background in large-part machining (Doosan VTL, HBM, or equivalent platforms preferred).
  • Prior lead, setup, or trainer-level experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process plans.
  • Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazatrol, or Okuma OSP controls.

The Lathe Cell Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lathe machining cell, including Senior Class A, Class A, Class B, and Class C machinists.
