Responsibilities include:

  • Review work order input in M&R system daily and transmit work orders daily.
  • Discuss and resolve work order input discrepancy with M&R vendors.
  • Perform monthly safety review.
  • Conduct shop site audits for all locations in your area.
  • Monitor and release any DVER/DVIR inspections that location is notified of.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling
  • Transport raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods throughout multiple warehouses using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment. 
  • Safely load, unload, and secure materials for onsite and offsite transport, including the use of vans and straight trucks.

Duties:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements.

  • Verify that all machined details are produced in a manner that meets print or router specifications, using precision measuring instruments. Request first piece inspection when producing multiple piece runs.
  • Set up and operate machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings, tooling, or programmed control data.
  • Review the next project's routers, programs, set-up sheets and tool sheets while the current part is running.
  • Fit and assemble parts into complete assembly, using jigs, fixtures, surface plate, surface table, hand tools and power tools.
  • Verify dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks.
  • Enter correct data into data collection system (IDC) to ensure accurate labor reporting.

  • NSTR-99 certification in PT and RT will be expected within 6 months after hire date.
  • Must meet 10CFR34 requirements for a Radiation Safety Officer.
  • Current IRRSP card holder with 2,000 hours of isotope experience is required.

Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills required. Must have a working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Other Skills & Abilities:

The Field Support Engineer provides in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. This role requires regional travel to deliver world-class service and technical expertise to pharmacies in multiple environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service and problem resolution at new and existing client sites
  • Build positive customer relationships by addressing complaints/inquiries professionally
  • Train customers on operation and daily maintenance of automation products
  • Respond to break/fix service requests within SLA requirements
  • Collaborate with service team members regionally and nationally to resolve complex issues
  • Occasionally assist with installation of new automation systems
  • Document issues and resolution actions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
  • Participate in periodic travel outside of the region, overnight stays, weekend/holiday coverage, and occasional overtime
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skillset (electronics, electrical, mechanical) – prior Military experience highly valued
  • Mechanically inclined with familiarity in tools such as multi-meters
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years)

Position Description:
