- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues outside established procedures.
- Assist with daily troubleshooting of robotic and tooling problems.
- Perform general plant and building maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling and equipment performance.
- Improve operational sequencing and forming consistency to increase throughput and product quality.
- Develop process documentation and systems for maintaining equipment and facilities.
- Assist in developing quality systems for new products and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will support a technically advanced manufacturing operation by maintaining, repairing, building, and improving production equipment, tooling, electrical systems, robotics, and facility equipment.
