Requirements:
Candidates must have top-notch electronic systems knowledge and
troubleshooting/repair skills in addition to unparalleled customer service
skills (relationship development, conflict management, active listening and

interpret electronic system schematics and flow-charts. A highly tuned
mechanical aptitude and the ability to visualize and explain situations and resolutions

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our growing Quality Team. In this role, you will develop and implement plans, procedures, and methods to ensure quality requirements are consistently met. You will provide technical support, identify areas for improvement, and promote technological enhancements that streamline processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and committed to advancing a unified “One Quality System" to strengthen manufacturing reliability and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and methods to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and problem-solving support to cross-functional teams.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and introduce methods for enhancing quality systems and processes.
  • Investigate and integrate technological enhancements to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline and standardize quality systems to support a unified “One Quality System."
  • Define and measure quality improvement factors across processes.
  • Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate manufacturing processes, products, and equipment reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards across operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare detailed quality reports.
  • Monitor and ensure delivery timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor (ASQC) preferred.
  • Related work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of testing best practices, version control, and defect management processes.
  • Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is a plus.
  • Strong computer proficiency with modern quality systems and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
