Description
• Perform installation, service, and maintenance of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, mini-splits, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in a clean, professional condition
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential and commercial customers
• Support and mentor helpers or apprentices as needed
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation or service (will train motivated veterans or mechanically inclined candidates)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for insurability)
• Ability to provide personal hand tools (company supplies power tools and specialty equipment)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service abilities
Requirements:
• EPA certification and HVAC schooling preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism
• Dependable and self-driven work ethic
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Prior military experience
• Additional HVAC certifications
• Experience working in residential and light commercial environments
