Job Description

The Boiler Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities involving ammonia refrigeration systems, engines, boilers, production equipment, and facility systems. This hands-on leadership role supervises maintenance personnel, prioritizes work orders, supports safe and reliable plant operations, and ensures compliance with company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and Process Safety Management (PSM) procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize maintenance work orders and schedule mechanics based on urgency and operational needs.
• Supervise and support maintenance personnel while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitor production areas and critical equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance activities involving ammonia refrigeration systems, engines, boiler/steam systems, and related equipment.
• Perform and oversee skilled maintenance work including mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing, hydraulics, and equipment repair.
• Monitor and maintain refrigeration, boiler, steam, and production systems through routine inspections, lubrication, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of components.
• Maintain a strong understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems and ammonia safety requirements.
• Participate in the HAZMAT and emergency response team and maintain preparedness for emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and all applicable PSM policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Required experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and boiler/steam systems.
• Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration equipment, systems, and safety practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial engines and mechanical systems.

The DC Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of distribution center employees during 3rd shift operations. This position oversees the safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, shipping, and movement of boxes and products throughout the distribution center. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader with experience managing people, maintaining productivity, and using Excel and other systems to track operations and performance.

This is a leadership and distribution operations role, not a mechanical or maintenance position.

The Maintenance Foreman provides hands-on leadership and oversight of electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance operations supporting fabrication equipment. This position leads maintenance supervisors and hourly maintenance personnel, drives equipment reliability, and ensures production starts on schedule by addressing downtime, maintenance concerns, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance supervisors and hourly maintenance personnel.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance of fabrication equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues that contribute to production downtime.
• Review downtime reports and communicate maintenance performance to plant and corporate management.
• Assign work orders, projects, and priorities to maintenance supervisors.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and address production maintenance concerns.
• Provide hands-on electrical, mechanical, and technical support when needed.
• Review maintenance purchase requisitions and manage department spending within budget.

• Installs and repairs IT, mechanical, and electrical equipment as required; assists other team members with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Process work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical, building, and site infrastructure.
• Consults with supervisor or team lead to order necessary tools and equipment as required to complete all maintenance and perform necessary work.
• Create and/or update tickets within the established ticketing system to address customer calls, data center facility, network and/or system related alerts.
• Operates and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment and components to ensure safe and compliant operation.
• Responds as required to building emergencies and customer requests.
• Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
