Matt Clingon was the first person I contacted about separating, and he answered every question I had. He told me exactly what I needed to do to be ready. I was pretty worried, and he explained how marketable I was. He even helped with my resume.

The Orion team worked together like a family. I felt respected at the New Jersey Conference, as they treated me like one of the team. They were open with their knowledge. They know what vets are worth and what they need to do to get hired. Everyone I met went out of their way every chance they had to show me that I was a valued commodity. They were extremely approachable at every stage in the game. They surpassed all of my expectations.

The process with Orion was very simple on my end. It seemed like they did a lot more work than I did to get me hired. The week before I went on terminal leave, my wife and I found out my son has some serious health issues. We were scared that my son would not be able to get the help he needed with my insurance running out. I relayed this information to Sultan Camp and was immediately contacted by Matt and added to the conference in New Jersey.

Orion pulled out all the stops, and I had an offer from a company with fantastic family health benefits in a location with all the doctors we need by the time we got back to Norfolk. When our flight out of New Jersey was delayed, they even paid for my hotel room!

I'm extremely thankful to the Orion team. The way they do business is leagues ahead of the competition, and it’s very obvious that they put their hearts into their work. Results are reality; I had a serious time-crunch to find anything, and they put me into a worthy career in about a week.
