Sales Associate

Northeast
US Army, O-3

I served as a Company Commander for a light ENG company as an O-3 in the Army National Guard.  The military provided me with the ability to set goals, make plans, identify obstacles, overcome them, and finally achieve my objectives.  While in the military, I learned how to treat failure as success and learn from experience. The military, through its consistent leadership training and development, also provided me with self confidence and the ability to sell myself and my ideas to people and organizations.  This is key in any career field, especially sales, marketing, and business development.

Chris Hurst was my primary Orion recruiter.  He was very supportive and direct and helped me to develop my interview skills and develop the ability to sell myself to other businesses.  My needs were met, and I was given constant feedback, as well as continuous updates on my status. In the end, what I learned through the military, coupled with the assistance I had from Orion, helped me to better sell myself in order to gain my new position as a Sales Associate for Accutrex.
