I contacted Todd Phillips at Orion International after I was laid off from a project manager position with a global company. I was given no notice and had moved myself across the country from Washington State to Wisconsin only six months prior. Todd immediately told me that Orion was gearing up for a hiring conference in Chicago in two weeks’ time. While many other placement firms lack the organization and flexibility to operate within such a short window, Todd quickly adapted, ensuring my resume was formatted appropriately, providing me with all necessary documents, and providing me with everything I should expect to experience at the conference.

Once there, I was given a very valuable interviewing refresher to recharge my skills and was shown a list of eight companies I would be interviewing with. Every one of them were quality companies with quality positions; and, while other companies are very rigid in their policies surrounding geographic placement, Orion went out of their way to ensure that I had opportunities only in the areas I desired. That was a very key demarcating point for me that set Orion apart.

The conference went very well, and I experienced a wealth of success, which eventually culminated in my receiving an offer from a company I was very excited to begin working with. Throughout the entire process, from inception to the offer point and beyond, Todd was there personally to ensure that I was being treated well and was receiving everything I needed. Bottom line: If I ever find myself in a situation where I need placement with another company, I will not hesitate to take my concerns to Orion International first thing.
