I reached out to Orion International in late January 2014. I began by sending Chris Hurst my updated resume. About two weeks later, I was enrolled in a hiring conference in Baltimore, MD, where I interviewed with four different companies, which pleasantly surprised me. While I was continuing the interview process with one company from the hiring conference, Chris notified me of an opportunity with Matheson Tri-Gas in a sales role. I interviewed with Matheson at Orion's Virginia Beach office. The interview went very well, and I was very excited about the position. I ended up receiving two job offers by the end of March and accepted the offer with Matheson.

Chris helped me every step of the way, answering every question I had. He also displayed a high level of professionalism while being very approachable. Chris seemed to always have opportunities ready, and he voluntarily contacted me about them rather than me having to initiate. The biggest thing Orion provided me was the opportunity to interview with great companies. Before reaching out to Orion, I had only had one phone interview despite a huge volume of applications. This was the chance I needed.

I'm really not sure I could be happier with my experience with Orion. Every staff member was helpful, no matter if they were account executives or recruiters. They were very professional and very committed to their work. Thanks to everyone involved in helping me find my new career!
