Bus/Diesel Technician
Location: Milford, DE

About the Role
We’re looking for a Bus Technician to join our team in Milford, DE. We work on gas, diesel, propane and EV Buses.
Work Monday – Friday (No Weekends!) We offer additional training for career growth! Our team is an extension of our family.

What You’ll Do
- Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains International Buses
- Performing mechanical and electrical repairs
- Routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation)
- Using Diagnostic software
- Ensuring compliance with safety/emissions standards
- Handling paperwork and communicating with customers.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
(These are required for consideration.)
- Minimum of 1 year’s medium/heavy duty or bus experience or schooling
- Strong understanding of gas, diesel, propane or EV engines and systems
- Skilled Diesel Technician with own tools
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to address and resolve issues quickly
- Able to operate in a high paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
(These are preferred but not required.)
- CDL a plus
- International/IC dealership experience preferred
- Dealership experience
- Experience using Cummins Insite
- ASE Certifications

- Salary Range: $25.00 – $50.00.
