Position Details
Location: Springfield, OH
Compensation: $27 - $34/hr + Bonuses
Shift: 2nd (2pm-10pm) Sunday-Friday and 3rd shift, Flexible schedule as needed spending time with both shifts as needed with availability Sunday-Saturday 2pm-6am

Position Description
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
• Support all Maintenance tasks related to preventive maintenance, updating, repairing, optimizing, and installing existing and new equipment while complying with all safety rules, GMPs, and Food Safety or Quality.
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Comply with work, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while working indoors and/or outdoors.

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing equipment experience desirable).
• Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills; experience with PLCs and VFDs.
• Ability to weld.
• Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.
• Perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of integrity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good troubleshooting, print reading, and electrical skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line.
