Job Responsibilities?
- Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
- Monitors machine operations and reports any issues to the supervisor.
- Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Adheres to all safety and company policies.
- Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Computer skills including ERP systems.?
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.?
Educational Requirements?
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.?
Experience Requirements?
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Physical & Environmental Requirements?
- Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.?
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).?
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).?
- Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).?
- May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).?
