Position Details:
• Title: Regional Supervisor
• Location: Northern NJ / Fairfax, VA
• Shift or Travel: M-F 9-5
• Compensation: Starting $80-$90K + annual bonus ˜ 1st year $95K+

Position Description: Regional Supervisor
As a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of all ProCare OnSite Specialists within the region, including customer engagement and collaboration with sales to further strengthen and build the ProCare business. Duties include but are not limited to selecting new employees, performance evaluations, career development, authorization of timecards, assigning overtime, and being responsible for corrective actions. You should be an analytical, operational thinker with a passion for "systems-oriented" and strategic-level thinking, with excellent organization. Strong communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
• Coach and develop all specialists throughout the assigned territory
• Partner with Endoscopy sales reps to drive support for specialists, strong customer engagement, and growth of the ProCare business
• Frequent customer engagement regarding the performance of OnSite Specialists
• Assist with the implementation of new accounts
• Accountable for interviewing new hires and overall talent acquisition
• Provide monthly reports to Regional Service Manager on regional performance/activity
• Ensure all shifts are covered, monitor employee attendance, and complete performance/merit reviews
• Adhere to all policies and procedures put forth in the sales code of conduct.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to manage regional profit & loss
