Position Details:
• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Webberville, MI
• Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday - Thursday 4:30PM – 2:30AM w/every other Saturday off
• Travel: None
• Compensation: $25-28/hr + OT
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision. 401k.

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Technician you will be primarily responsible for care and maintenance of all property and production equipment in a safe and efficient condition. Mechanic will assist in supporting product manufacturing by ensuring that all assigned production equipment operates efficiently, mechanically, and electrically, by repairing, altering, installing, and remanufacturing plant equipment. This person will repair, conduct preventative maintenance, assemble, dismantle and handle the rebuilding of machinery.
Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties. This position requires a highly organized; very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.
• Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
• Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
• Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
• Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of mechanical experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Military Service
• Great fit for MM’s, GSM, GSEs and other mechanical military roles
