Description

What You’ll Do
- Field & Shop Support: Split time between regional client sites and our local Cincinnati facility installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging machinery.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electro-mechanical systems, sensors, pneumatics, and control setups.
- Customer Facing: Serve as the main technical contact on-site, demonstrating equipment and training client teams.
- Reporting: Submit simple field reports and track service details using MS Excel/Office.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 2+ Years Experience: Industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or automated machinery troubleshooting. (Plant maintenance techs transition seamlessly—packaging experience not required).
- 2+ Years Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Requirements: Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, auto insurance, and basic MS Office skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience with Fanuc robotics, PLCs, or automated control systems.
- Manufacturer service certifications.
