Position Details:
Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30am – 3:30pm
Compensation: $70K - $80K annually (based on experience) + 5% annual bonus potential

Position Description | Warehouse Supervisor
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for advising employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Prepares KPIs and measures team’s performance against KPIs while drive efforts of cross training.
• Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepares performance metric reports related to inventory management.
• Adjusts errors and complaints.
• Insure GMP's And GDP's are followed in areas of responsibility.
• Directly supervises employees in the warehouse. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience as well as a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of warehouse experience. Specifically, you must be able to discuss your firsthand experiences with inventory controls, shipping/receiving, process improvement, compliance, and safety. Lastly, you must be able to lift 10-50 lbs. and be able to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
