• Service, maintain, and install pharmacy automation and related equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical systems
• Manage and maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide clear updates on service status
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Scheduling teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Strong background in electronics, electro-mechanical systems, mechatronics, PLCs, or pneumatics
• Military Veteran technicians strongly encouraged
• Excellent professionalism and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call support
• Willingness to travel up to 50% outside the home region as needed
• Intermediate understanding of networking architecture, setup, and IT basics
• Ability to perform software installations and upgrades
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
